• Research agenda: skills-task production function measuring AI’s effect on labor markets, calibrated on real AI-usage data and validated against observed employment; migration and mobility flows across jobs and geography.
• RI Labs: labor market intelligence for every US occupation and state, with opportunity scoring, supply-demand gaps, and similarity clustering; a digital twin of regional employer and training-provider dynamics, grounded in flow-based economics.
• RI Technologies: workforce planning and forecasting system, with blueprints for new facilities that have no HR history; a digital twin for facility-level analysis, skill make-up, and talent availability.
• Data layer: 200+ federal, commercial, employer, and academic sources reconciled across every US occupation and geography; an LLM engine mapping any job title to a canonical taxonomy and federal code.

• Led Verizon’s initiative to place 500,000 underrepresented people into quality careers; managed a team of 3 and secured six-figure expansion funding.
• Led JFF to sign the Global Solutions Initiative Call for Action, taking the work to G20 and G7 audiences.
• Led one of the earliest national AI job-displacement studies, on in-demand and at-risk skills.
• Built the US Regional Green Workforce Readiness Dashboard, featured in JFF’s national press launch, and an occupational segregation tool guiding JFF’s green workforce strategy.

• Built a multilingual fiscal policy budget database to estimate fiscal multipliers.
